Authentication and app data are managed through secure infrastructure.
Bank connections are provided through Plaid when you choose to link an account.
Receipt and statement images are processed to extract transaction details.
Information we collect
PlentyFul collects the information you provide directly, such as your account email address, financial details you enter, goals, plans, budgets, and other information you save in the app.
If you choose to connect a bank account, PlentyFul receives account and transaction data through Plaid.
If you upload receipts or statements for scanning, the images and extracted text you submit are processed to create structured transaction data for you.
If you subscribe to PlentyFul Pro, billing and subscription information is processed through Apple In-App Purchase on iOS, Google Play on Android, or approved payment processors on other platforms.
How we use information
We use your information to operate and improve PlentyFul, including creating and securing your account, syncing financial data, categorizing activity, generating insights, processing subscriptions, and responding to support or account issues.
Receipt and statement uploads are used to extract transaction information and help populate your records. Connected bank data is used to show balances, accounts, and transaction history inside the app.
Third-party services
PlentyFul uses third-party services such as Supabase, Plaid, OpenAI, Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play, and approved payment processors.
These services are used only as needed to provide the app.
How information is shared
PlentyFul does not sell your personal information. We share information only when necessary to operate the app, comply with law, protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may stop using PlentyFul at any time.
You can delete your account in the app from Settings. Account deletion removes your PlentyFul account, app data, bank connections, shortcut tokens, and uploaded receipt or statement files, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
Security
PlentyFul uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can review and update certain account information inside the app. You may disconnect bank connections, stop using upload features, cancel a subscription through the available billing tools, or delete your account from Settings.

Children's privacy
PlentyFul is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
